These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to the VTech Dealer IT Webinar Text Message Program (the "Program"), operated by Viamontech Inc. d/b/a VTech Dealer IT ("VTech Dealer IT," "we," "us," or "our").

Program Description

When you register for a VTech Dealer IT webinar and check the box agreeing to receive text messages, we will send text messages to the mobile number you provided about the webinar you registered for. These messages may include:

• Registration confirmations

• Reminders before the webinar begins

• Event updates, such as schedule changes, access links, or cancellations

We will not use this Program to send marketing or promotional messages unrelated to the webinar you registered for.

Consent

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a VTech Dealer IT webinar registration form. Opting in is voluntary. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to register for a webinar or to purchase any goods or services from VTech Dealer IT.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provided, and that you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Program. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provided, and that you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.

Message Frequency and Costs

Message frequency varies based on the webinars you register for and any updates to those events.

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by your wireless carrier according to your mobile plan. VTech Dealer IT does not charge for Program messages.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE, or email [email protected] with the mobile number you want removed.

After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no further Program messages unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START or check the SMS consent box when registering for a future webinar.

Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier, device, and network coverage, and is not guaranteed.

VTech Dealer IT does not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile information only with service providers that help us deliver Program messages, and only as needed to provide that service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Continuing to receive Program messages after an update means you accept the revised terms. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
